Kawasaki 750 gasket question?

Hi
A question about the gaskets for a kawasaki 750 sxi pro. Cooling channels in the engine and exhaust are much bigger than in the gaskets, there is only a single small hole in each gasket. Are you supposed to make bigger holes in the gasket so it is about as large as the cooling channels?

Hello friends!
Does anyone know how to remove this?

How to remove the coupler? You need to put the crank in a big vice, possibly with a towel or something like that around it so it doesnt get damaged and then you need a long straight piece or a super long wrench to stick through the coupler to thread it off.

Thanks, I'll try it today. Which way should you turn to loosen it?

Another question, what is the size of the fuel hoses on a kawasaki 750?
Fuel Hose 1/4 inch, for cooling 3/8 inch?
is that correct? and which size is in such cases to the carburetor?

Yes. 1/4 for fuel and 3/8 for cooling. It's also 1/4 for the pulse line. 1/8 for primer line and you should upgrade your pump to hull and hull to exhaust manifold to 1/2 line and fittings.

Have not managed to get away coupler, will try to warm up and see how it goes. I'm upgrading the cooling as fast as I can! But do you have to upgrade the cooling for it to cool properly?

Hi. I have the original exhaust system on my kawa 750. should I connect to the temperature sensor or bypass it from the Chamber to piser. otherwise how do I connect it? is it from the chamber to the lower coupling? And the over one to bypass outlet (piser) / Robin
