Kawasaki x2 cooling problems after mods

Hi I'm looking for some help on my 1992 kawasaki x2 650, I put a 10mm bigger carb, westcoast head , pjs performance stainless exhaust new pistons and rings, new ride plate and intake grate and now it seems to be running hot I've put together the cooling system the best I know how and what I could find on here and elsewhere but still running very hot and after about a 10 minute ride it dies but will start up again after cooling a bit. Help!

Looks like you have one line out of the head going to the exhaust head pipe and one going to a pisser? If your running single cooling delete the line on the rear of the head going to the pisser. I cant tell whats going on with the rest of your cooling lines.

I concur with WB, you can't have more lines out than in. I would wye the 2 lines on the head together and send them to the pipe as one or use just the line on the back and use the one on the front for a flush kit. Also, turn that elbow on the front of the pipe towards the motor so it doesn't look so sloppy.

If using one line out of the head use the front line. The westcoast and stock head gaskets have the same waterjacket holes and they are designed to use a single line out of the front of the head. When i use two into one out of the head and into the pipe i even out the hole sizes in the head gasket with my dremel tool.
