Kawi porpoising problem

My sxi pro seems to be doing that a lot. It does have a scoop grate, don't know the brand and I think the rideplate is stock. Any ideas?

It just takes a while of riding to get it down

You are selling a '90 SJ and keping the Kawi?

I bought my '90 SJ as a backup ski and that is all I ride now!

I used a Worx Dominator extended plate and shimmed it down a bit with some washers. It's a lot about riding technique as well.

I may keep it...I rode it for awhile yesterday and it kind of grew on me.
I think I will put a grate and ride plate on the SJ and see if it's love!

I stand in the front of the Sxi tray and it still does it!

I have a Superjet and it doesn't do it!.
It's funny, because I had a 97 and a 99 GP1200 that also porpoised like crazy, I took them to Riva, they glued some little pieces of plastic to the transom and it went away!
