daniel martin has one of those.i felt how light it is when it was on a stand.this complete ski RTR is lighter than my RN SJ without the motor in it.

Went and checked this thing out today at lunch ,fit and finish is the best attention to detail i have ever seen ! Norberts finish work might be the only one in this league.very good attention to detail .45lbs lay up and clean !!! i can see how this hull will rip without even having to get on it .great job x-scream

if its not it feels real close !!! of course this is a bare hull ,no pole ,hood, hardware ect... don't want to go down that road ..(what a beating)not trying to entertain the debate ,its just light as f(;k trust me

yea not trying to be abrasive but to be honest i don't have an actual off the scale weight i just know from being in construction picking up lots of items over the years that weigh 65 pounds (sacks of cement for instance)that this thing is no where near. i will try to get my buds to weigh it ,and i do respect your curiosity ,swapmeet.but let me just say this its defiantly super light with a "killer" finish .and if i were have to bet i think my ballpark weight is fairly accurate give or take a few lbs .my thinking is this, most of us that aren't currently competing wouldn't be hurt by the difference in weight that we are talking about so its not worth the online debate .no dis-respect to anyone. i just don't want things to go that direction ,this build is kind of just for enjoyment and pleasure for everyone to check out,just trying not to start the splitting hairs online .just keeping a good clean observation/review . this hull is defiantly cool

The actual hull weight is 45-46 lbs. Mine actually tipped the scale @ 42 :sneaky:

These hulls are off the charts IMO. Love the fit and finish. Pat is very proud of these hulls and he should be. The build wasn't super easy, but was better than most. Then again with a ski this nice you cant rush it. Rides better than it looks, one of my favorits skis for FW and it looks like one of the best surf boats next to it. Best of both worlds, congrats.
