Keeping warm/protection gear

so heres the thing... i am from buffalo and its getting chilly. i already have an Oneil spring suit from wakeboarding... but it only keeps me so warm. should i invest into a full suit or do you think just gettng slippy switch pants will do the trick and put them over the spring suit. i can get my hands on a decent jacket for this year im pretty sure... whats your opinion?

also i thought it would be nice to have these pants so i dont eff up my shins any more like ive been doing.

the pants look cool, and help stop some wind, but are not warm. get yourself a full suit, maybe from the wetsuit whse, or from like Dennis Kirk close out. find a deal on one, then you can buy the pants - when it cold i wear pants over my wetsuit.

maybe sometime next week it will start to get cold...but the lake michigan temps are still in the 60s and that means no wetsuit yet. Yesterday was perfect, but no waves, tuesday could be promising..wishing i didn't have to work.
