Kicker Foot hold install 1st time

so i baught me some of the kicker foot wells and hydro turf kit and i am currently installing them. when i got the kit and fallowed the directions provided, i ended up taking off more fiberglass than was needed. oops. before i even cut my shape out, i called the company i ordered from and asked for there advice because there directions were unclear. i did exactly what they told me. well that wasnt such a good idea. but a have a fix for it and i continue on my way


oh yeah if you ever use kicker foot well for a 95 & older superjet sn. you have to cut the flange off of the footwell. but here are some pics of my ski as i am going .

here is a pic of the size of the hole should have been. ohh well i have a half *ss fix. it should work
