Length of b-pipe chambers

Can someone give me the length of the mod and the limited b-pipe chambers, measuring on the "top" as it would sit in the hull of the SJ? Thanks!!

Reason - I can't believe the limited is 1.5" longer than the mod when my mod is only about 1-2" from the waterbox inlet - curious as to what I may have here.

i have a question,\

my pipe that conncets to the big blue silicone coupler is not in all the way does it need to fit flush up to the pipe lip. any pic of a preperly set up pipe would be great its kinda hard to tell you show would be better.

thanks for that now i have somthing to do today. also does anyone use saran wrap to wrap their skis in the winter to protect paint. from rain and such. i guess the only down sides would be for the engine to breath and not get all crappy in there.

Which part of those pipes has a diameter of 19+ inches? I don't see it.:scratchchin: Circumference maybe?

The reason I ask for the length is because an individual at Factory Pipe told me that the silicone coupler they sell for the attachement of the pipe to the waterbox will only fit the limited not the mod.

I bought an aftermarket silicone reducer coupler 2" - 2.5", 45 degree angle (OBX) From the pic and the distance I saw between the pipe and the waterbox (the mod pipe held up to mate with the headpipe flush) it seems like it would fit just fine. I guess I'll find out huh.

The FP blue silicone hose works for either pipe but you have to trim some length off for use with the limited chamber.

After melting and blowing holes in the factory pipe blue silicone hoses, I did something similar with an aluminum 45 degree bend and silicone couplers.

I used .020" stainless adhesive heat shield on the hull and silicone rubber for insulation on the gas tank.

On my next pipe, I'm going to do the X-Scream stinger tip modification an use a 2-1/2" aluminum bend with silicone couplers.

It looks like a great idea to reduce the stinger tip size and shield the water inlet from the exhaust flow.
