Custom/Hybrid Let's see your ghetto paint booths

I set up some seriously ghetto mess this afternoon to paint my nozzle (yeah, it's going to peel, but I'm running out of stuff to do). Let's see how creative we all get. Entries from things other than paint boths will be accepted.

Best entry gets a prize.

I just sprayed my ski on a box in the backyard. I couldn't afford glitter flake, but now it's full of bugs, so it's kind of like I'm a high roller.

What actually messed it up was the humidity at night. flattened the finish. I brought it inside the laundry room at night and it came out okay.

Oh right, right. Mosquitoes are the FL state bug, I almost forgot about those little bastards.

The tray I redid on my old round nose last summer was some kind of mosquito tomb by the time the epoxy all cured up. It was quite the victory to see so many dead mosquitoes in one place.

Glad that paint turned out alright in the end though!

I know this is a sit down but ive painted all my skis and a few cars this way outside with emron paint. Came out great neighbors hate me but I don't care haha

If your neighbors aren't gear heads and they don't hate you then you're doing it wrong. I've been really lucky and have always had good neighbors. I'm sure they have hated me at times to though.

haha now that im looking at this pic i posted that really looks worse than it was. definitly ghetto but looked way better i forgot i took that pic after i started breaking everything down. that ski came out great afterwords. also painted my cars in a carport like that plus my show winning/ race car that you couldnt find a blemish in if you looked for days. ghetto booths arent always bad ;-) haha
