little video from today @ the track

Next time don't point the camera to the ski. Besides, life begins at 1320 and not 660 :cool2:

1. not sure i am picking up on what you mean

2. life begins at 1320 i agree. it was well on its way to a sub 9 second pass till it shook the tires around the 660 mark. better to save the car than try to be a hero by staying in it and wrecking it

The in-car camera is pointing more in the ski than on the track. With the way its shot you don't get the feeling of speed or anything. Maybe next time mount the camera on the halo bar. If the car passed tech, then you (they) should have an approved halo bar....riiight?? :27:

we had it there to see what the tach was doing vs. what the data logger said it was doing.... we can mount it where ever we want on the car pretty much.... and the halo bar as you call is the main hoop and it is up to high in the car for the camera to get a good shot... the next car already has the funny car style cage in it so it will give better camera mounting points
