My buddy @Todd grochowski makes carts and bed rack systems. Let him know what you want and he can fab one up for you. Taller cart for cali lifted trucks or low boys for rack systems, lower trucks, or trailer use. Aluminum material so safe for salt use too. He has made a few systems for us and one on the east coast or somthing like that that there is a review of with some pictures. Fair prices for the material and labor involved
Also I believe @mgander17 has an extra cart he was going to sell soon? Not sure if that is true and if he still has it but might be a bit closer to you
