Thank you for the interest. I really appreciate the support and am glad that you like the DTV Shredder. We’ve been working really hard on the design this past year and can’t believe how much interest it’s been getting this past week.
We anticipate a final price being 3.5k- 5k. But, at this point we can’t commit to a specific number yet since it depends on a number of variables outside of our control at this time.
We are now accepting down payments of $250 for the DTV Shredder. The down payments are fully refundable, but are a big validation point for finding a strategic partner. Being able to show that we’ve taken X amount of preorders is proof that there is a market for the DTV Shredder. Making the deposit goes a long ways towards ensuring that the DTV Shredder will be available on the consumer market soon.
We are trying to get to 1000 pre-orders.
In the meantime, we will continue to update our facebook and website.
We are currently looking for a strategic partner to help bring the DTV to market and have already been meeting with some big manufacturers and are hoping to have a firm answer by mid October.
Friend us and we’ll keep you in the loop over the next few months. We anticipate having some big news in early October.
