MACSBOOST Carbon Fiber Hand Poles

I have a Yamaha 4-Stroke Super Jet and am considering getting the MACSBOOST Carbon poles. I haven’t found much information or reviews about them. Does anyone have experience with these poles, or are there any reasons not to get them? I'm a beginner rider and am mainly interested in them for the aesthetics.

I’d appreciate any feedback!

The quality of them is great. They are pretty useful for rec riders looking for aesthetics or length changes without needing the rigidity of a complete aftermarket pole setup like a blowsion or rrp pole that a racer may need. You will feel them flex more than a true complete handlepole but they have their place in the market for sure.

My feedback is not about the poles, but about your motivation. In the end, you do as you like, but I have learned that ‘cool’ things that don’t also affect function are almost always a regret later on. Money spent that you can’t recoup, which if avoided as a pattern in life has significant financial impact. Again, you do you, but consider holding off 2 weeks before ever buying something just cuz it looks cool. If after 2 weeks you really still want it, so be it, but the cool down period often allows the impulse to fade. My 2¢

I know someone who used to freeze their cash in tupperware containers in a big block of ice , usually if they wanted something really bad they had talked their selves out of it before it thawed out.

Something to think about if only speaking aesthetics. $25 gets you "carbon fiber" vinyl wrap and will get you 80% there for $325 less. I've wrapped my rrp tubes before so I didn't have to spend $150 on different color tubes.

If you go to OVP steering, then most likely you will need these tubes since your handlebar position may be too short now. I went with Watcon Turn plate which just shortens your reach by 2-3". I am already at the front of the tray when cruising, if I had gone OVP, then It would have been way too short. My pole is fully extended now.

And all it took was a $10,000 Superjet

Makes sense I for sure would like to go to OVP steering at some point. I believe the carbon poles are 2-3 inches longer than the stock OEM poles, so that should be good.
