magnum pump 148 solas

Does the original 701 super jet engine respond well with a 148mm magnum pump ??
What is 144MM or 148MM better?

A 148 mag pump would work with a stock superjets but a 144 mag pump would be more responsive, a 144 mag is a good choice for stock up to 800+ cc engines above 800cc you start seeing people run 148 mag pumps.

In my opinion, 148 is better then 144 for any 701+ cc freestyle application. Built a 701 power havoc last year, had tons of bottom end with a 148 pump. Also ran a 148 with a couple 781s, 850, 900s stock strokes, all performed better over a 144.

Also a better choice for little bit bigger engines if you ever upgrade.

If you go new I believe torrent @Proformance1 makes a 150mm pump that will also bolt into an SJ same as the 144/148.

Agreed, we do and in stock. The 148s made the 144s obsolete. Now the 150 is eclipsing the 148s. Always moving forward
