Making a trailer out of extruded alumimium

Has anyone ever tried to make a trailer out of 80/20 aluminium extrusions? I'd like to have a trailer that i can disassemble for winter storage so it would not take too much space. It would be used for carrying two superjets.

http://www.8020.net/ - this is where you can get an idea of what extrusions i'm talking about.

What are your thoughts on this topic?

I use this stuff at work all the time (making machine guards and equipment stands). Seems very rigid, but I would worry about the T bolts breaking out. If anyone remembers my double trailer, I use this stuff for elevating my lights. I just don't know if I would risks 6000 plus dollars tumbling down the highway if the Tbolts broke out or vibrated loose.

those trailers will rust and they aren't big enough for 2 superjets i think.

Robert, those t slots are designed in such a way that th bolts don't pop out and all connections are vibration proof. In addition to this, the trailer would never rust.

Check out the following trailer made out of similar extrusions...
