We have been planning to make an exhaust manifold for a long time. The first version consisted of three parts, and the water jackets were welded to the main body. However, this solution required a lot of work, and the final effect was not satisfactory for us.
So we decided to improve the design so that the manifold was cast in one piece. Thanks to this, we gained processing time, improved aesthetics and reduced the final weight.
