Member's Map Feature?

I recently asked if there was a feature that can be added to the forum to map out where all the current members are located.

The answer is yes, an addon does exist that we could implement and it would be optional within your profile if you wanted to be displayed on the map or not.

Before the mods go through the hassle, (and possibly the expense), would anybody even use it?

The reason I would like to see this is that I get presented with opportunities all over the country and one of the first things I research is the amount of riders and ride spots that are in the area or close to it.

This would be a great idea. It would be nice to be able to find hidden riding spots and other riders close to you that you would never know about otherwise.

We had this in the past. I think it was a site security issue but the plugin may have been fixed by now?

If not someone could always start a Public Google maps. I like the idea of marking ride spots vs my house. I'd like to know if I'm traveling somewhere new if I can bring a ski to ride. I don't need to let people know when I keep high $ jetski gear
