Other Members name displayed

Not a huge issue but not sure why this is now. Some members posts come up as their names not xh20 nicknames.
i.e. " post by harrison.lanford" not "post by big kahuna"
Other than that all good in da hood

I saw that the other day but I didn't think it stayed that way. I just figured BK changed his online name for a bit.

Since there aren't any fields in the database for real, first, or last names, then they likely signed up that way.

Can you point to an example?

I'm on tapatalk. It only comes up in notifications. When you proceed inside the thread it's nicknames. Has happened to a few members on my board.

That's a tapatalk function. Mine is the same way.
More over..When you try to PM someone it prompts you to send the message thru a discussion board using their real name, or whatever name they signed up with initially. If you select forum PM for your messaging, you then automatically start "following" that member on what ever activity they're up to and vice versa for your activity to them.. It is annoying.

Yeah I just cleared out that "following" this morning. I couldn't figure out why I was getting so many notifications. Turns out I was following 287 members.

Tapatalk has become beyond annoying lately. Similar to facebook, the content in my notifications or news feed is more their content than mine.

Yup, Tapatalk. I found a PM from someone that I had never seen. Responded back, no response.
