Mid shaft alignment tool issue

I ordered a cold fusion tool to align my new solas mag pump in my 1993 SN. Pretty disappointed the tool doesn't fit a SN. Nothing on the CF website says RN, just Yamaha style midshaft. Looks to be easily adaptable for both with different holes. What are you guys using for the squares?

Just do it visually, driveshaft exits the fire wall tube (centered) and in the same plane. Mid shaft mounting holes align with firewall mounting holes, without prying, lifting or pushing on mid shaft. Here's a link to build a bob, I'd imagin it's the same on a squar nose

You can use the larger midshaft in your square.

The bottom 2 bolts will line up with the larger midshaft housing. Drill and tap the bulkhead for the third (in the fiberglass). I wasn't sure how long it would last but I've had an 8mil able/hpe in a square like this for almost a year. The smc (fiberglass) holds threads pretty well.

Once you do this you can use the cold fusion tool also.
