Looking at buying a couple of these Mighty Max Blue Gel YB16CLB type batteries for $70 each. Anybody running them? Or any feedback? They make a lot of batteries.
Thanks in advance!

Deka is trash IMO, I have replaced more Deka batteries that anything except Everstarts. I have been running and selling Chrome Pro batteries for years with very few issues and maybe three returns in 7 years, chrome, Pirate battery and Chrome Pro are the same company, same battery , different stickers. Pirate Batteries can be had off of Ebay Chrome off of their website , Chrome Pro only through dealers.

Yea Deka is not lasting for me the way they did 10 years ago! They are the same 1 to 2 year crap as crap batts now.

I've put a lot of Chrome batteries in skis the past few years. I have a 12 series that I bought for $30 in 2017 that still spun a 701 all last summer. Put it in my son's power wheels a few months ago and it's still going strong. Just put two Pirate 20s in 550s. Think they were $67 shipped.

I have seen the Pirate and chrome too this morning, interesting to know, I'll look again at them. @WFO Speedracer
I dont want to spend a fortune, but want them to last at least 2-3 years. I take care of them, and got 4 years out of my last Neverstart Premium AGM surprisingly. lol

At this point in my game I am walking into walbutt or autozone and buying the cheapest crap on the shelf as many times as need be.

It is all a guess on quality anymore it seems.

I went to autozone looking for their rebranded etx9- They have them at $119. and now only carry a 6 month warranty from date of purchase....

My 2 old SeaVolt ( deka ) lasted over 6 years in my blaster and Kawasaki. This last ETX9 I bought lasted about 9 months.

Lol. There is like 2 battery manufacturers in the USA. Slap a dif label on it and you got all of you fooled. Hahahhaha

When I see people that have problems with batteries. I see people who have problems admitting they are wrong.

99/100 battery issues are operator error.

Well. I said there are 2 usa manufacturers.

Penn and Johnson

Anyone that can read can see the same labels I do daily

Battery systems of redding, my supplier, straight up has stacks of labels that don't get put on batteries till they are sold

I run deka if it's a lead Battery. I run wps if it's a lithium battery.

I kill quite a few batteries. I admit it tho. It's never been a Battery issue. More of a laziness issue.

Actually. I did away with throw away batteries. The rechargeable ones at harbor at harbor freight are 6 dollars for 4. The charger is like 10 bucks. Can get a house supply of batteries for like 25 bucks. And have 4 on standby at all times. Never have to go to the store for em, or deal with controllers getting low. Soon as it shows. Swap it out with the fresh ones on the wall. And done

Dunno anyone personally who uses rechargeable. But I can't see any reason not to
