anybody know how much to mill stock head to get 185 compression, i am going to bring my head to a local shop

Hey Mario.
I have never just milled down a head because it can affect your squish if you don't mill the head. I can't remember excatly what a good squish is but I believe it is around .040" to .060".
Check you squish first. If you have .060" then you can take off .020"

Just a suggestion but send it to groupK for a head mod,they will redo the squish area and mill it,there won't be any question if its done right or not that way,they are the head reworking kings.
