Minor rod carnage

Rode for about 5 mins yesterday. Started losing some power then she gave out. What could cause this? Just old worn out crank rod and bearings? So now I do a simpe rebuild or go big? Hmm.

why would no 1 piston look lean and 2nd not????

The carbons beat off the 2nd piston while it was chewing on the broken bearing pieces. It was lean too im sure.
