Super Jet Modding a B-Pipe

Bought a new B-pipe for my build and was wondering if there are any good mods to do to it before I install it. I will of course be port matching the manifold to my motor but I've noticed that many people bore the manifold/head pipe? Anyone have more info on this? The pipe has a Mod chamber and will be going on a 6mm 840cc.

I've always opened up the headpipe and manifold to 52mm on my bigger motors.

Jetmaniac sells the big bore gaskets, you can use that to mark both pieces and get out the dremel and a porting bit.
