Mods for basic freestyle

what do u do to your superjet so that you can do basic freestyle tricks such as 360's, subs and jumps????

my main worry is about water getting into the engine compartment since i figure when u do a submarine, a lot of water will enter and may enter your carbs...is this so????

bilge pumps??
scupper valves?
footholds??

and yes if guys are wonderin, i am a newbie :)

the Tech FAQ is always a good place to start.

Bilge pumps are a must for subs.

you can jump without footholds by using lifters and such, but if you're interested in freestyle at all, bite the bullet and get the footholds.

Unless you're doing tricks in very quick succession, skip on the scupper for a while.

Here is a pic of a great steering mod that is easy to do. It increases the speed and throw of your steering. Very good mod!:fing02:

The Yellow arrow is the new location of the steering cable and the Blue arrow is the old location.

You can do all of this yourself if you do some homework first. If you need an installer, try Steve at the Watercraft Factory. Legdrag (Kevin Collins) is a little north of there and he does very good work. Wamiltons is north of you too.
