motor swap questions

I have a 91 superjet 650 and im looking at getting a 760 will it bolt right in and can i use my 650 exhaust and intake? electrical? and will my stock carb work? and my stock impeller and everything else work with all that extra power? Thanks for any help.

the stock impeller will work but not well and that has nothing to do with the 760, it's just a piece of crap.

the only thing that will not bolt up is the exhaust/carb. the bolt holes are larger. you can either open up the exhaust holes in your exhaust manifold and us bigger bolts or heli-coil/timecert your 760 bolt holes to make them smaller. I recommend making them smaller.

the 760 is a dual carb'd case. you'll either need a single carb manifold or get a stock dual carb set up.

the electronics will work but the rev limiter in the CDI for the 650 is kinda low.

The motor I put up for sale has timecerts in the exhaust bolt holes, so that any 650/701 exhaust will bolt up.

if he's asking about your motor then he should buy it.

the intake is more similar to the 650 but still won't bolt straight up. that manifold is very cheap though.

I made the mistake of drilling out my manifold holes instead of timecerting my cylinder....dont make the same mistake I did haha
