Motorised Beach Trolley

Need to build a motorised beach trolley looking for ideas

Needs to be 4x4 travelling on sand and over a slight hill
Paddles tyres or ballon wheels
Electric or motorised need to be quiet tho
needs to travel for 15mins each way

Pictures would be great to get an idea.
