moving avatar is too big

how do i make it smaller so i can use my new avatar. tried to upload said file is too big..

Use EZ Thumbs to resize. It is a free download and is not too hard to use. The man himself " SUPERJETT ":hail: turned me on to this. Good luck

i thank you for th input, however, i have not had any luck with the image ready tried a few different ones.. the ez thumbs won't recognize a gif file so it won't work. hey powder, mind taking a crack at it? this is it here:

well i figured you would like to have your own ski for your avatar. besides i change mine occasionally to keep it "fresh"..

for one person no, but think along the lines of 1500-2000 people like any decent forum site will have. Also slows the load time of every page.

Yeah, it can be worked out but it usually changes it too such crappy movement.
