Hey guys,
I have a brand new MSD TL system for my 701 superjet motor. I bought it for the sole purpose of gaining additional advance, but with my stator plate turned all the way counter clockwise and my last 3 switches pulling nothing back out I can only gain a maximum of 25 degrees of advance.
My initial thoughts were that I had been supplied the incorrect stator plate, but apparently I have the correct one. So now my stator plate is at the machine shop getting the slots extended so that I can get more than 25 degrees.
So people have heard of this before, others haven't... Does this sound right to anyone on here?
