Msd total loss help

Hi guys chasing a bit of knowledge setting the static timing on my msd total loss (dual channel). When I turn the crankshaft clockwise the led lights up twice. First time it does it's on the back side of the flywheel and the second time it's on my timing sticker up near tdc. Is the second light the static timing? Or have I got something backwards?

So they light up 180 degrees apart? That's correct. Just read it at the sticker.

The plugs will fire every time the magnets pass the pick up.

Ah roger, the first light is the rear cylinder and the second would be the front. Thanks mate
