Mut motor identify

So I bought a blown up old superjet motor. Believe might of been setup for racing. 62t cases, 61x cylinder that I believe was bb sleeved using 65u pistons ( measures 84.25 bore maybe a protec but no dbp marks), r&d duel carb intake with twin sbn44s

First question are these cases ground down to the point they wouldn’t make a good freestyle big bore?

2nd question is if anyone can identify these carbs? They bolt down using boots and built in flame arrestor cones.

what do you mean by the cases being ground down? the fact that they are ported? how much material is removed in the cases will not affect performance from a racing setup to a freestyle setup regarding porting the cases. cylinder porting is more what will determine what the engine will be good for power/rpm wise. if its a race porting, the exhaust port timing will be raised a few mm. the stock exhaust port height on a 61x cylinder is right at 39.42-39.60 from the the top of the deck to the roof of the exhaust port.

the carbs look like mikunis that have a spigot mount instead of flanges on the intake manifold. should be easier for tuning the carbs as no gasket to deal with.,

Good to know! Not to concerned about cylinder as I have a couple stock ones and a couple Jetmaniac/blue ones to work with. After digging around I believe the carbs maybe an older set of Novi spigot mount carbs with external fuel pump. Have to inspect more! Any idea on stock 760 cylinder port specs? Wondering if bored out to 760 with stock porting

Looks like 701 cases that were not designed for 760 sleeves so they were opened up so the cyl would slide on. Typical . Spigot mount carbs usually on sea doo doo . No pic of the throat so not sure of brand. Maybe novi with the pro lock bell flanges . Usually buckshot but not looking like those
