Freestyle My 300sx build

I picked this 300sx Hull up last Friday and here it goes 1 week later. In the end I hope to have a zxi750 motor in it.started sanding it.The top is sanded now to the footholds.

Foam rails/footholds

Awesome start on the project, Im doing the same but with a 440 hull. Hey where did you find the foam rails to re-shape and cut in your foot holds? I would love to get my hands on some!!

I picked up a downer 750ss for the motor and pump and a superjet handle pole for it. Ill have some Pics of the Progress this weekend. Thanks for checkin it out.

Looks like 1 inch polystyrne can be had at most hardware stores.

Ok got a lot more done. I got the pump, shaft and motor placed and the handle pole all ready. Here is the pics so far. Now I have to fiberglass everything in place and get started on shaping the front.

looks awesome. I can't wait to start something like this. Every 300sx build has someone 5 posts down who comments about picking up 15 300sx's for $5, meanwhile only one has come up around 50 miles from me and it was for 450 dollars. And being advertised as a kawasaki js400

Thanks guys. I got a question tho. The cooling line going through the hull is broke what is the line made of and what can I replace it with?

only things ive hurd of is drilling old one out and putting a metal pipe in or if u can get pvc in and 5200 it in

Stainless Steel Tubing!! If you have a pipe supplier near you they should have something for you. 3/8" Dia. for cooling 1/2" Dia. for trim tube, I would run for dual cooling and trim while your in there.
