Started building my wife a Blaster.... Started with a all Stock, un toched Wave Blaster....

Pulled the ski completly apart.... Filling the oil window in, filled in the Choke & Fuel selector.. Cut open the rear tray & added some 1708, out with the rear foam, New rear exit exhaust....

Here's the build list

New Blue Peral paint top deck, Upper Black hood will be Silver, New Turf, Foot straps.

UMI Steering

Thrust Trim System, Hooker prop, Jet Dynamics intake & ride plate

Motor setup (Thanks Scottiemac) Started with a 62T/62T motor, Ported & Epoxy cases & cylinder, Bored so its now 772cc, 62T ebox thats getting a ATP EPIC, Dual 48 SRE carbs, Vforce 2's, R&D intake, New Thrust ADA 200 PSI head, Factory Mod Pipe.

Re enforced transom, Rear Exhaust, xmetal waterbox, Dual cooling, Rule 360...

Motor should rock, Scottie got me pointed in the right direction...

Hope to have it ready for Daytona, Wanna bust my Blaster Cherry.... From what I here Free Dinner if I flip this pig..

I have seen this clean central florida freshwater blaster that Josh almost stole he got it so cheap!

Didn't we bore the cylinder to 771cc 85mm?

Hey that Blaster's Free after I sold the other one, lol

I let my wife ride it & it was over after that.... I think it was bored to 85 or 85.5.... Since I assembled it theres top secret stuff in there, you know aircraft stuff...

Its gonna go big or go home. I hope it gets together for Daytona

Cool! We are both on the same page. Although mine has been on hold for a bit. As soon as xmas is over I plan on painting. I wasnt gonna glass up the fill site but now you got me wanting to. What did you use to fill it? Should be a very cool B1!

Can't wait to see the finished product, Bro. Should be awesome. You always build such clean skis.

Scottie

Ps
Nothing wrong with pink! My wife's blaster is black white and pink. :)

If you are really going to try flipping this thing you should heavily consider some more reinforcements. Esp with all the work you are putting into making it look good. Cool build...

I filled all the holes with Cabosil/3:1 Epoxy then a light coat of bond to smooth it out & fill small pin holes... Was very simple to do & I think will make the ski look great when painted.

One Flip at Daytona & then its my wife's ski.... I'm not a Blaster rider, other wise I would re enforce the sides... I may hit a Sport Spec race or two this Summer...

I'm going to be running a 144 OEM pump, Stator has been ported, 62T Raider reduction, Thrust Trim, Pro Tec Nozzle, 10/16 Hooker, JD intake & Ride Plate...

Going to ride it & see how that feels, should be pretty close....

I'm hoping to have it ready for Daytona, Free Dinner if she flips!

Nice Looking!
Will your wife be hitting the spot with us?

My wife would love another female out there on a regular basis....as long as the water is warm. (Don't count on Lisa riding 'til spring.)
