Need a new E-Box Rebuild 2001 SJ

I am having some issues spark related due to a leaking E-Box, I would like to know of a recommended place to purchase a totally rebuilt and resealed one so I can have a reliable ski again. Any recommendations? Anything I need to look for? I see a seller on ebay selling remanufactured E-Box for about $400 shipped.
