Blaster Need Blaster Prop advice

Just ordered my Pro-tec rec head, and Mo-Flow grate. Planning order prop soon, and as usual my local homeboys do not agree on the pitch. Looking at a hooker 10/16, or 11/17. Due to living in South East Michigan only surf ride few a year in Lake Michigan, flat water, with some bouy and wake jumping when we can. Want some great bottom end, and mid, but do not want to lose top speed, as there is always a drag race or two in the day. Anyone else been in this decision quandary, or had experience with both props I am considering?

I ran a 10/16 on my old 760, we talked about going up to an 11/17 but never got around to it. You can always buy/trade/ repitch if you aren't happy with the results on either prop you purchase.
