need crank for a 650 motor? My buddy has one right now but in need of a little clean up work. Is it worth buy a new crank or should he redo the one he has? If so where should he get is re done at?

i just got a new one and it costs alot of money, from what ive gathered it will last much longer than a sbt rebuild. if i did get one rebuilt i would go through watcon.com randy is very picky about who rebuilds a crank. lol

talsivar is using a sbt 701 crank.
he has not blown it up YET ???
the stock 6m6 61x cranks are kinda tricky to rebuild.
if it just the crank bearings that are bad, no problem, but if it's a rod bearing that needs changing, the rod pins can not be changed out. it's part of the journal.
however, a 62t crank in completly rebuidable.
