I had a 701 and the outer crank seal near the driveline coupler was poped... ok maybe a backfire in the garage can do that. I removed the motor to change it. At the same time, I changed the cylinders and pistons to upgrade to 62T BB771 cylinders and dual 44. Today, I was triing ajusting those carbs and another bang! It blown down AGAIN the same brand new crank seal! Is this powerplant thirsty and just wanted to drink some fresh water by the crank or what??
I feel sooo alone and just don't know.... what's your opinions? Can a superjet motor burp crankseals like that?? Ever seen?? I have to fix it before re-doing all the maintenance, because it's a lot af job
oh, the stator is at 0 degre of advance, msd cdi, msd coil.
Oh Lord, take my Superjet with you, bless him and go faaaaaaarrrr!
