Need help with a 1100 and 701 FIXED

Working on a 96 wave venture and can't keep the thing running. First off it's not my ski and dont know all the history of it. But I rebuilt the carbs, replaced the fuel filter, all new fuel lines, checked the fuel pick ups, replaced the one way valve on the tank, new external fuel pump, new fuel, compression is 110, 105, 110. But still can't get it to stay running. Has a primer kit but seems lite the system wont stay pressured. The primer wont push any fuel. But will run for a while after I put gas down the carbs. Any help would be awesome.

That looks like the main cooling line from the pump that goes to the exhaust.

Awesome thank you I found it. What would your guess be on the 38's @JetManiac

All fixed. It was the fuel selector switch
