Need help with Havoc

Intake grate not matching up to shoe. Bought ski without grate installed. Im guessing its the wrong shoe? I have the +2 JD grate and the front lines up. 2015 Havoc full carbon hull. Help please and if you can get me part #s, if I need to order, that would be great. Thanks.

Hard to clearly tell from the photos, but the shoe is correct, you will just need to drill and tap mounting holes.
The grate is to long? You will need a std length grate? Maybe someone with a Havoc will chime in on if thats what these hulls take?

Aftermarket in the jet ski world means modifications required. Cut, grind, weld, slot, epoxy, build up, trim, drill, tap, chamfer, etc. In other words, you need to make stuff fit.

Yeah I went through this. Jet dynamics is terrible. At least it's the most expensive intake on the market! Ha. They should send a 40grit flap wheel with each purchase. It doesn't even match their own pump shoe. You have to grind grind grind until it sits flush.

Length is correct. They take a +2. Rear fit sucks.

I can do that. I was just worried about changing the angle off the scoop.
