Custom/Hybrid Need some steering measurements

What are those two measurements?

1. The width of the steering clamp
2. The diameter of the inside clamp.

well if it fits stock bars it will be 7/8

Im pretty sure the ID is 1-1/8" but not sure of the width

Im confused as hell! Is there a specific turn plate you need measured? other wise like posted the bars are either 7/8 or 1 1/8 for oversize and not sure why you need the other measurement unless your making a turn plate or something.

Just any turn plate with the 1-1/8 riser bar. Dont know the width that the clamp needs to be. And yes i am making my own turnplate..
