SX/SXi/SXi Pro New Build

I'm getting ready to add dual 46mm SBNs to my SXi-PRO and I had a question regarding the lines.

Since both carbs will have their own fuel pump, will I need to drill another pulse line into the case, or can I run both fuel pumps off one pulse line? I guess the other option would be to get an external fuel pump and buy two block off plates for the carbs, correct?

Anyone experimented and found out which way was best?

buy one of the Ada Reed spacers it has another port in it

That just made my day. I'd much rather drop $80 than drill a hole in the case.

i was wondering this myself on my 750 sp cases the other side has no where to tap into on the top, would you just tap into the side? but i think ill go with spacers too

the yamaha I just worked on had 1 pulse line into one carb but it was running a slave carb setup :shrug:

edit just read he was running two fuel pumps. I should of read more

with a drill and tap, its that easy.
