No we don’t have approval from them. So probably not going to be ok on a race ski at this stage. But has anyone ever checked. I see a lot of filters out there that aren’t

Correct the SE ones from Japan are not either. That is why US distributors, and many dealers do not sell them.

Similiar to the aluminum fuel tanks with the battery mounted to the tank. Illegal by USCG regs. for battery to be that close to a metal tank.

safe to say those ski's do not meet USCG requirements either!!!!!!!
