Rides great. I prefer this bottom setup over the first (i made 3 of this version so far; i have one, another local guy bought one and then this one). Little more stable, grabs corners more so than the first. I have had no complaints so far. I need to get chad (
@tipafew ) on it so he can do a neutral ride review, which should happen in the next few weeks now that our wave season is starting. Best bet is to hit me up and go for a blip! Id like to make it to more freerides, but oside/havasu are my prefered trips, life is just tooooo busy for it all. I would say it rides like a rocker, shortened, light weight rnsj or a ricker fs2 evo pretty much. Not nose high, can do a full throttle run, grips corners and will also let loose with right body english. This is a solid lay up with durable gel coat, and the foam wont water log.
Reference pics. First pic: checker ski on right is version 1, middle ski is rickter fs2 evo, left ski is new model. You can see width, rocker profiles well in this pic. 2nd pic gives good idea of how short it is in relation to nozzle, also shows trimmed wide rickter intake grate mounted and bottom geometry.
