New Jersey places to get in the ocean

Where can we get our stand ups out into the ocean water? Preferably near Toms river, we will be coming from PA. Thanks for your help in advance! Ward

Not sure around toms river. Im sure pete will chime in with there. Other than that we typically ride at corsons in OC or barniget light on LBI

strictly marine in manasquan, short ride through the inlet and your in the ocean.

only down side is that its 20 bucks a car / trailer to launch and unless its in the off season won't be able to ride int he surf cause the guards will get their panties in a wad.

BL is the best bet for pretty decent surf and a good location.

or try brick if you have a beach cart they were pretty cool about letting us ride after the guards left.

If you have a beach tote and its after 9/15 you can go accross the beach :
Seaside heights (north of the boardwalk)
Ortley Beach South of joey harrisons.
Brick Beach
Seaside Park South end at boardwalks end.

My favorite would be Ortley. Just need to mind my surfing buddies.
