new old bike

decided I'm going to try riding for some exercise.

picked this up the other day - after a good thorough cleaning (looked like it had been lubed with a combination of 90W and axle grease), a new chain, new grips and new front brakes - I went on a short 3mi ride this afternoon.

If your doing on road riding, I would switch out the tires to road tires.

Thats what I did on my Cannondale.

road, sidewalk and asphalt trails all near my house.

I'm not switching any tires till I wear these out.

then you have road tires!
