Here are some pics of my new ski sent to me by prowatercraft as it was being built, they are out of order. I just picked it up last weekend and have started assembling it and want to fit the aluminum tank in the front that will give me over 10 gallons of range for long rides without returning for fuel. The motor will be a ET 967 ss twin not a triple with a race spec tnt v3 pipe and waterbox 2.5 inch exhaust routed to left side . I am using a rhaas kawi to yamaha kit as i have alot of yamaha parts , motors etc to swap out if i desire . The pump is an older kawi 140mm skat setback 16/23 skat prop, ATP flame ignition , like new 44mm carbs the carbs and pump may be alittle small but i have spent enough money. The ski is long ,large , and lean the chines dont fit a tote like an sxr as the ski is wider and longer . This is hull #7 and i feel fortunate to own it. Fit an finish is oem quality its friggen gorgeous if you ask me 20160511_091617.jpg 20160517_165505.jpg 2016050995121458.jpg 2016051795145511.jpg 2016051795145511.jpg 2016051795153912.jpg 2016051795153938.jpg 2016051795165431.jpg 2016052095134343.jpg

Very cool. How are you going to reroute the exhaust to the left side again? Will a 3 gallon aluminum tank really fit up in the nose? theyre empty up there for sure

FWIW i was in Havasu last year working at Pro-Watercraft helping get this hull to the market.

I cut out the crossover motor mount and am in the process of re reinforcing the area. There is still room for a triple but thats not my plan. The attached pics show the exhaust materials that i will use as there is 3 inches between rear of engine and gas tank to cross over above coupler .

That will be way cool, im assuming you are going to mount the engine in a location that can use the existing driveshaft? those things arent cheap!

Keep this updated, id love to see what you do with the thing

Chris is running a Kawi twin in his boat and i think he is using the same length drive shaft as in mine , its slightly longer than for a triple to clear motor mounts from tank (driveshaft is very long) . He installed the Rhaas plates re drilled his mount and jigged everything perfectly, and the Kawi midshaft is easy to align no shims are needed . Most of the hard work is done Its mostly an assembly not a build . Just waiting for the TNT waterbox to arrive I want it to be quiet. Originally i thought about turning exhaust in front of motor and going under manifold as there is barely enough room but to many 90s and the motor had to be moved forward anyways .

The TNT water box came today and the corner will have to trimmed a little and re welded it`s a tight fit but I want to run it . The billet cylinder is thicker than oem so i had to flatten the pipe a bit for clearance from the main tank . Dang I thought it would be done by now but I am still Mocking things up trying to take my time but I really want to ride this Ski . proforce mock pics 001.JPG proforce mock pics 002.JPG proforce mock pics 003.JPG proforce mock pics 004.JPG

I've never heard of these, pretty cool. Is the whole thing Carbon Kevlar?
No. The motor mount is reinforced with it as well as some in the nose area . Its fibre glass vinyl ester , It feels much lighter than an SXR but is a bigger ski. I just got the parts needed and hope to get it running tonight maybe start jetting in the carbs, then the pipe . I have alot of work ahead of me its gonna be Fun.. With the right rider it should be competitive as for myself i will do my best. It will be light have enough horsepower but i think the secret is in the bottom . The latest technology with an air ride =less drag makes it go so damn fast it wont slow down to allow it to turn . It will make me a better rider quickly as this ski will demand everything I have .

An update on the ski it ran very well first time out jetting seemed very close on the ET SS 967 with 44mm carbs 137m 127l 95gr 2.3ns 1turn out both screws. TNT pipe with 115m jet 0 hesitation- motor spooled up quickly and ski flat ripped pulled very hard off idle to a top end quickly. A little hard to fine tune as conditions were choppy in long beach harbor . Motor has a lot of torque and can handle more prop 16-23 in my 140mm set back skat pump. A bigger pump would be nice But may bend the prop? Motor had 200psi so running U4.4 50/50 but bigger domes are on the way, Very happy with the motor fuel consumption is similar to an Sxr but performance is Like a Super stock and then some . Ski is VERY light probably weighs the same as a superjet .
The Hull is what really delivered . The light weight and choppy conditions it hooked up like nothing i can compare it to . Its long and turned well around buoys it wont submarine like most skis it just pops up and your are headed to the next buoy. I would much rather ride this thing than a triple, its easier. Myself and a few friends rode it and never even poured more gas in it .

Wow! Neat build! What class will you be racing?
Masters open . Against other old dudes with fast triples , the ski could would be competitive in the pro class with the right rider no doubt. The incredible handling is even enhanced more with the light weight of the twin and its making 130hp so its plenty fast .
