new Titanium RP exhaust chamber from RP Race products!

This is more of a realistic use of titanium in our sport, Changing all my fasteners to titanium was borderline useless for the few pounds. Anyone have a weight for RRP carbon chamber which I assume is the lightest on the market currently?

Need to add the wdk titanium driveshaft and I forgot who is selling them but the titanium pump as well. Then add the 450$ carbon pump shoe and boom you are under 200lbs.

Also what about a titanium flywheel? Should be able to go pretty small and light and not have to worry about it breaking?

Hmmmmm, never thought about a flywheel.... Thats actually a bitchin idea. I could only imagine the look on peoples face telling them theres a titanium flywheel under that cover

Titanium flywheels existed back in the 1990's, nothing new but why? Aluminum is lighter than Ti and a hell of a lot cheaper. How much weight are you talking about. I added all the engine/motor mount bolts up and came up with 3.782 lbs. Now with titanium bolts, how much weight do you think you'd save? Oh, the bolts will cost $550.00 roughly (full retail). You can probably get them cheaper through better channels but still., take a good crap before you ride. Pipe wise, I'll wait for solid reports, and it is a wet pipe. A good start is great but ask anyone who has built pipes for watercraft and you'll be saddened by the answer. A good start is a good start, so there is hope

Eric I always crap before I ride :p But ya I agree I tried to not waste my time sourcing Ti bolts if I could use aluminum in its place, I.e intake, powervalve, ignition, strap mounts, battery box
