Custom/Hybrid New WFX-2 conversion hood in action!!

Finally, the hard work is over and we have a new superjet conversion hood available for the 96+ SJ's. I made the front to fit x-metal, wamiltons and other SS lowered handlepole brackets . It uses all the existing superjet cables and you only need to purchase a UMI (or other) x-2 steering system.
We got to ride this bad boy on satuday in the swamp and it was amazing and extremely fun to ride. Barrell rolls are super easy to do. We even had a first time person do thier first roll on it. the hood past all we unleashed on it except that we encountered a twisted UMI steering shaft (WTF!!) ...anybody got one ?

i was so impressed with this puppy. riding it on whitney was so much fun steve. on an 08 hull that thing should rail like the new x-2's. another superior innovation from wcf:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

Wow! Steve that thing is super sick!!!! Can't wait to see more of it. I've been in the market for a B1, mabe I need to start looking into one of these instead of a blaster. When are you going to be selling these? What's the layup? Weight? Can't wait to hear more on these.

Very cool That with a small x2 sytle seal and the side cut off and yiou would have a badass ride.

Steve did you use a top stop UMI or bottom stop. I had the same problem on an old bottom stop.

Anyway, awesome work! Especially making it use all off the shelf parts!

Steve did you use a top stop UMI or bottom stop. I had the same problem on an old bottom stop.

It was a bottom stop.

That thing was definitely impressive. Steve rolled it within the first 30 secs or so of riding it... awesome!

well, I riggged up the umi to work and took it back out yesterday. What a blast to ride!! I was landing some clean flat water rolls with it.

BTW, see you this weekend Rizk!! We got to talk about a new steering system for this beast
