No more notifications? PM or otherwise

Anyone else not getting email notifications when they get PMs anymore?

I also stopped getting notifications when a subscribed thread is updated. Not that it matters anymore, since it doesn't show the new post. :crazy:

I just got the notification this thread was created, so the server is working.

Is it a work address? They may be filtering them.

It is a work address. I've always gotten them before. I still get them from PWCToday. I checked my deleted and my junk folders and found nothing. I did just get a blackberry last week, but I can't see how that would block stuff to my laptop. But I have no clue how any of this stuff works. :dunce:

I got the notification, so they are being sent, you're just not getting your's for some reason between the server and you.

When you set up your blackberry did you set it up to leave a copy of the emails on the server?

I have no idea. All I know is that I don't get notifications to my Outlook or to my BB. But I do get ones from PWCToday. Maybe Verizon has a filter so I get nothing with 'X' in the title to avoid porn?

sometimes I don't get a PM notification until like 2 days later.......actually most of the time they are at least a few hours later.

Yeah, I get a hundred emails a day, work related, ebay ones, paypal ones, PWCToday ones, SPAM, but I no longer get any type of notification at all from the X.

My email is through work using Microsoft Outlook. The service provider on my BB is Verizon.

I meant who is your email provider? Is it yahoo? Hotmail? Your work and you don't wanna tell who you work for?

Have you tried to turn off all email notifications in the "X", save new settings, log out and then log back in and reselect them again. It's just ones and zero's and they need to be reset sometimes.

My notifications were all messed up last year and then somehow got reset when they redid the server a while back. I think all of our notification settings were lost or reset. Mine started working again right after that.
