hi i just put a really nice 840 kawi bigbore in my sx 750 hull... it will start and everything is good but i cant seem to get the thing to cool. like no water is coming through the pissers.. and the pump line is not clogged,and it will piss water when i hook it up to the hose and run it out of water.. but nothing when i put it in the water can anyone help me out?

Make sure you hooked up your cooling lines correctly. Its possible you accident reversed the lines at the pump. Cooling will be on the middle of the pump, while your bilge will be near the nozzle. Same goes for hooking engine up to the correct thru-hull fittings. double check.

Also, did you make sure the exhaust gaskets are correct. Iv seen some cheap ebay kits that arent cut correctly and could stop flow from entering the motor
