Blaster Nozzle bore - what diameter?

Just sent three 61x (non trim style) nozzles to Alex @speedysprocket to have bored and looking for suggestions on bore size. I've never had a nozzle bored before and I'll probably put these on my two Blasters and one on a round nose SJ I started cutting up quite some time ago and just haven't finished yet. I would like them to remain reliable though. What you say?

It's relative to your prop/pump if your ski loads the pump to hard a bored nozzle will help if your prop almost spins/slips a bored nozzle would make it worse

My setup is dialed, 85mm bored nozzle. 144 mag. 10/16 hooker. ported 735. The 9/15 worked well on non ported motor, but the 10/16 is just perfect on my setup and my brothers 785 (same pump, nozzle etc).
