Wondering if anyone has ever removed the throttle spring on the PTO-side carb on a stock SJ dual-carb setup to lighten the throttle lever pull? I can't see a need for needing both of these if just the spring on the mag side carb (one that the throttle cable actually attaches to) is enough to bring the throttle plates back to closed.
I understand there are light-pull springs to address this issue, but I'm wondering if the poor man's version of just taking one out would provide the same result.
